The location : Poggio dei pini is a private residential area created in the 60’s by some people who wanted to escape the town and live in a green place. A wonderful place absolutely calm and peaceful. Two restaurants, a small shopping center, bars, pharmacy, ATM, sport area with tennis and gymnasium, all is very near. A lake and some panoramic points add more interest to this green place.

We suggest to rent a car locally (free parking inside of our property or in the road facing the house). If you need help for transportation do not hesitate to contact us.
Bus Stop at 5mn walking from the house with destination to Pula, Capoterra, Cagliari.
The airport is used by all major air company including Easy-jet and Ryan air and Meridiana.
Payments and advance:
Casa Mariluka asks for 30% advance on the full total price. The rest of the sum can be paid locally. We can accept only swift transfer or cash. The eventual local taxes are not included in the price.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is included in our price.
No Smoking
Our rooms are not smoking. Our visitors can find places to smoke outside of the room.
Towels
Towels are available in every bathroom.
Swimming Pool
Visitors can use the swimming pool for free after talking with the owners. All kids are required to be accompanied by an adult.
Games area
Casa Mariluka has a 65sqm area for games as table tennis, billiard, darts.
Activities:
We have a limited number of bikes that you can borrow. The location is perfect for bike tours.
Casa Mariluka can suggest some activities in a partnerships with some local associations. It is possible :
Archeo Food : Archeological discovery of Cagliari or Pula together with a specialized guide. The tour includes a meal based of the ancient Sardinian food.
Trekking : made with specialized guides that will make you discover the beauty of Sardinia.
Canoe curses around the gulf of Cagliari or in the Laguna
